The BCGHS builds its book, periodical, photograph, manuscript, audio-visual and other collections through public donations. All offers will be carefully evaluated and considered, however not everything offered will be added to the collection.

If you are interested in donating an item to the society and archives, please fill out and submit the Donation Form (see LINK below). Donation forms are reviewed and a personal meeting is required. Please do not drop-off items at the library, without first arranging a time to meet with a BCGHS Volunteer. If you do not hear from us after you submit your form, please email president@bcghstn.org . ​
